Shipping Within Saudi Arabia
- Delivery within Riyadh: shipping takes 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery outside Riyadh: shipping takes 3 to 6 business days.
We are committed to shipping and delivering your orders as quickly as possible.
All shipments are registered at their full value and fully insured until they reach you.
Delays outside our control may occur because of weather, delays at the shipping company, or an address or mobile number that was not entered correctly.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the rare event that a shipment is tampered with or lost in transit, you must notify our customer service team within 6 days of receiving the tracking number so that a case can be opened with the shipping company and the appropriate action taken.
Shipping Outside Saudi Arabia
- At present, shipping through the website is limited to within Saudi Arabia.
- If you are outside the Kingdom, please contact us on WhatsApp at +966555123849 and we will arrange your shipment.
- Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred after payment, such as VAT and import duties where applicable.
