  • We take the greatest possible care in displaying product colours on the website, but the colours you see depend largely on your screen settings, which are outside our control, as we cannot verify the colour settings your screen uses.
  • Despite our continual efforts to provide accurate and complete information about our products (such as availability, prices, specifications, illustrative images and technical characteristics) and about our services, typographical errors may occasionally occur.
  • If an order is placed and an invoice issued for a product or service where the price or the information is incorrect because of an error in recording the correct price or the product or service details, the website may either contact you to explain the error and how it will be handled, or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Daar Al-Sheikh Silver reserves the right to cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The payment is declined or not accepted.

  • The product is out of stock.

  • The customer delays payment through the SADAD payment system by more than 24 hours.

  • The delivery address given is wrong, the contact details are wrong, or the customer cannot be reached.

  • The customer delays collecting an order paid for online by more than 7 days, where the “collect from showroom” service was selected.

7. Payment

  • We provide secure, approved payment methods.

  • Any payment made through a third party (such as banks or payment service providers) is subject to that party’s own terms.

  • If a payment fails or an error occurs, the store reserves the right to cancel the order.

8. Exchange and Returns

9. Product Warranty

  • All our products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, resizing after purchase, or damage caused by external factors.
